I ordered a 45mm by 34mm ring, and the fit was perfect. It took a while to get it on, but once it was in place, it felt like I was born with it! It held my balls in a gentle yet firm grip, almost like someone's hand. The first night, I even slept with it on, and it was incredibly comfortable, to the point where I forgot I was wearing it.
