great piece of kit. not the sturdiest or robust ball stretcher but the fit and ease of adjustability is outstanding.
The measurements are for the moving part only (the top ring which does not move) is 2MM smaller than the original size.
Item was delivered safely & promptly. It represented very good value for money. The design makes it very easy to fit around and stretch the ball sack, while adding a good weight ! The stainless steel finish makes it easy to clean.
