I just received the 19mm by 22.2mm and love it! , Usually my rings are 25.4mm inch interior diameter but since this is so heavy I got the 22.2" and it's perfect. The weight of it feels so good. I highly recommend this!

Smooth finish, nice sized ball which I use to stop up my pa piercing when I pee, good machining on the screw, comfortable to wear everyday with a little pleasant weight.
The ring which I purchased in 13mm x 21mm is perfect for my p.a. So comfortable and the screwball is so much easier for cleaning.
