The ring opens into two halves, making it simple to insert and remove without struggle. Once in place, both sides align neatly to create a clean, secure fit.
A small side screw locks the ring firmly together. This keeps everything in place without pinching, scratching, or causing discomfort. The screw sits discreetly, so you won’t feel it while wearing. Unlike traditional segment rings, there’s no risk of losing parts. Everything stays secure, even with regular use.
You don’t need any special tools. Each ring comes with an Allen key, so you can open and close it easily, even in larger sizes.

10mm 00 gauge 15.9 id. Very pleased to have found a 00 tribal dream that's so well made, very pleased with it. Bit tricky to get on soft, but easier erect, more meatus width to work with. It's a bit heavy for me to wear for long but I quite like the sore feeling. Looks great in a photo to post online, great for showing off, but not for everyday wear for me yet. Having said that I feel more of a man for wearing it, sweat lodge man cave stuff. As usual excellent service from secret leather. Would recommend highly

A new review. After a long delay, two months, I was not the most happy customer you wish as a company. And my previous review was not one you would like under your product. So we are a couple of weeks on and I can be more objective about my 10mm Tribal ring. It’s a two part, segment, ring that you attached to getter with a tiny screw. After wearing the ring for a couple of weeks I must say that I do not want any thing different anymore. It sit snug does not hurt and is totally comfortable in wearing. Mind you that you have to take time to get used to the wait of 48gram. Ones you do it becomes part of your body and you will love it as much as I. Chris
I pierced my own PA about 20 years ago and gradually stretched it out to take the 6 x 9.5mm TDR I bought. I wore it for about 18 months, but the piercing migrated out, leaving me with an unplanned meatotomy. My wife and I both miss it. Now I have a ring I can't use, so please take care when stretching to bigger sizes.
This was a great product. I love the weight and feel so much that I walk around my house in sweatpants just to feel the tug on my hole. My girlfriend loves it as well, as she has a nice feel in her pierced

I got a couple of 4 gauge in 3/8 and 7/8 inch sizes. The smaller one I use as a reverse PA if I don't feel like putting in my apa barbell. The bigger one I use as a glans ring that I thread through the frenum piercing I have or through the apa for a bit of weight training. Either way I am happy with the look and feel of both rings. I may even order more in different diameters.
Just wanted to let you know that I really enjoy the new TD circle ring. Very comfortable and looks great!
I have had a PA for about 10 years and always had problems with irritation. I have worn my 0 gauge Tribal Dream Ring for about a year with no problems at all. I have only taken it out a couple of times, I have found it very friendly and it feels great. The only minus with it is the need of a screwdriver to take it out if needed.
These "circle rings" are way better than standard segment rings mainly because of no sharp edges and it's easier to connect other half because of set screw on one side (philips) and pin/hole on other side, instead of standard segments rings which require special pliars are a whole lot of pressure and care to separate! These circle rings here at secretleather are much easier, quicker, and comfortable to put on and remove than the standard segment ring. I HIGHLY recommend these. I have a 1 gauge I ordered here on SL, with a 0 gauge on the way as I move up in size. I went 2 gauge standard segment to 1 gauge circle ring and it was a breeze. I expect same with 0 gauage. GREAT product guys!!!
