I bought the medium, because I'm not a very big guy. I found it very difficult to get my balls through the second ring, and when I did succeed, my scrotum was really pinched. I thought that perhaps that was normal so I left it on. After a couple of days, my scrotum and penis were very swollen and the skin under the rings began to feel chafed and sore, so I took it off - pretty difficult what with my naughty bits all swollen up - and when I did get it off, I examined my penis and scrotum, and they were indeed red and sore. I think that the large ought to work much better for me. By the time I receive it, my parts ought to be ready for it.
