It's a rounded, oval shaped weight with 1 screw hole to make it easier to attach. Just slide your sack through the larger side and screw the small side onto it. Just got my rounded oval ball stretcher . I warmed up my balls used a little lube . Other than needing three hands it went on easy. I got a 40x25x50 it fits great I think I can wear it for a long time .Great !! PRODUCT and GREAT SERVICE . Thanks so much . All men should try one feels so good !!!!!
