If you're into cbt, you need this. I could wish the spikes were a bit sharper (I'm thinking of the extra-sharp spikes sometimes offered for Mike's Spikes), but these are sharp enough for a very sensitive area of the body. The glans ring with spikes is well wrought and any CBT enthusiast should have one. The weight of the piece is excellent and really weighs down the penis head. The spikes are sufficiently sharp to deliver the kind of bite a CBT practitioner can be proud to endure. It is a good value and one of the best pieces I have found.
I was looking for something that I could wear at different times of the day. I was surprised how heavy, polished, and attractive this piece of jewelry is. The spikes are easy to adjust to make the ring larger or smaller. Has a unique feel when walking with this on.
