The Van Buren Urethral Dilators are 316L Surgical Steel. They are approximately 10 1/2 inches long, and are J shaped near the tip. The sizing range from 2.5mm to 8mm. These are known to be used well for beginners because of the sizes and the curve. The set comes in a nice case to store in when not in use.
Remember that you should never force anything, as soon as you feel pain or resistance; it's time to move to a smaller sound / dialator. It is very important when using sounds please use common sense and make sure you have researched urethral play fully before you start.

The quality of the sounds are very good. These are the first Van Burens I've bought so I didn't know what to expect. Found out right away that the set is way too small for me. The largest one in the whole case still doesn't go in deep enough to hit "the spot." All the sizes below that are just too small for me to use. So I guess I need to find longer/thicker ones. However, the set still gets 5 stars because of the quality.
