I purchased the 80x25x50 size and the fit and finish is excellent. I wear it all weekend long and weekday evenings and overnight, only taking it off for work. For work I switch to the smaller 50x25x50 size. My only reasons for rating the 80mm four stars vs five stars is, at this size and weight (nearly 3 1/2 lbs) I really think it needs two guide pins instead of one and a longer screw so more of the threads will engage. I have not had a problem so far, but I feel like I have to be very careful with the few threads that hold it together.
Arrived within in 2 days, fits perfectly and I really enjoy wearing it. I have worn it for days at a time I have the 80x25x60 size
