Exactly as described! Quality product, well made, works well, smooth and a very nice taper, to allow comfortable stretching. Same as my other review about the Ribbed Vibrating Sound, to make an adjustable vibration intensity a remote battery pack with switch and connecting wire would have to be added. Otherwise no suggestions to make it better.
I used this vibrator and in a couple of weeks it worked really well at stretching. It's mirror smooth and was gentle in widening my uretha from 5mm to 13mm.
