Having found that I could just about accommodate a 12 mm conventional plug, I decided to go for the 13 mm Cock Screw. A good choice - it was a challenge, but with plenty of lube it screwed in with no problems. Based ion this experience, I definitely agree with those who say that you should order this plug at one size up from your normal unthreaded size. Once in, it feels fantastic! It will never fall out - to remove it, you have to unscrew it! I'm sure that you could hang weights from the ring. I haven't summoned up the courage to leave it in for too long, but expect that I'll work up to it - hopefully things will stretch a little in fairly short order! I got this after trying a couple of other smaller ones, which would not staying by themselves. This litterally screws in and stays in place. I left it in for most of a day and it was great.
